Refund policy

The Croft Archive specialises in sourcing rare, archived and luxury footwear. Due to the unique and often one of a kind nature of these items, all sales are considered final.

If your item arrives significantly not as described or is damaged during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at orders@thecroftarchive.com including photographs of the item and packaging.

Returns will only be considered where an item has been incorrectly described or arrives damaged.

Returns are not accepted for:

• Change of mind
• Incorrect sizing or fit
• Buyer’s remorse
• Normal signs of age or storage that were shown or described before purchase

Approved returns must be shipped back in the same condition within 7 days of approval.

Refunds will be processed once the returned item has been inspected.
